My Cozy Bedroom..

Hey :) Haven't you fought with your sibling  for the BIGGER room and have really hoped to be able to afford a big spacious room in the future too.. Well for me it was the same :) but lately I think I would prefer a small cozy room :) :)

Lets try and change your point of view about the same too :) Well I came across an awesum awesum link which gave me various ideas as to how to make my small room an attractive place to be in..

www.designlike.com is a blog which posts news and articles in design and architecture for all people who like  information about new trends in design,  for beautify and personalize environment while increasing quality of life together for a great design.

If you have a small bedroom and you don’t know how to design and decorate it in a manner that is not crowded, you should design it in terms of utility and space. It seems impossible at first sight to get a maximum of comfort in a small space and that’s why I want to share some tricks that can be useful when you want a great comfort in a small bedroom.

The first aspect that can help a wider perception of space is color that should be open and bright to have great light in our room giving it a spaciousness appearance.

Furniture should be sized in relation to room size, furniture arrangement bodies are pieces of furniture should be made important in our use and positioned with the intent to save space. The bed is a very important piece of furniture when it comes to gain space for our little bedroom. Folding beds are a very good solution for tight spaces and bedding that can sit on low ground height.

You shouldn’t neglect the wallpaper because the forms printed on it can make the space look bigger. Printed elements should be horizontal lines to give the impression of stretching horizontally.

TV set is a must for me in a bedroom. For small bedroom it must be sized or small, and if you have a large TV is better to be incorporated into a wall or furniture.

Tech gadgets can be done with the most important objects, for example a clock, a frame with a favorite photo and small objects that do not crowded room. The computer is preferable to be a laptop, and if it is not possible to have a one, you should decided with rigor whether or not need a computer in a small bedroom.

So, were you amused  :) If I had a room like any one of these, I wouldn't leave my room all the more (not that I do it anyways ;) )
Lets hope that this post did intrigue you to incorporate any one of these in your room :) not necessarily fully (cause I really don't think we would go that far, but bits and pieces at least)..

Until my next post :)
Take care guys,
Luv ya :)

Organised Me ;)

Hey guys :) Hope your day was as awesum as mine :) loads of junk eating n shopping for me today :) :) going out wid my frnd Vartika is always an experience (hugs to her).

If you ever ask any of my friends to describe me, I wont be surprised to know that they mentioned my habit of being organised as to being "paranoid" about it. :p (well I always take it as a compliment ;) ). For me being organised is like breathing :p I get a mental satifaction in knowing where all my things are, cleanliness of course comes with it :D

So I though why not leak a few of my secrets here :) its just a tiny bit info I came across long way back and it really helped me. Its from a website called www.greatist.com, which is a health and fitness source for young n savvy people, that means US :)

So I will straight ahead go and tell you little tit-bits and hope that it would come useful to you :)

Isn't it fun :) well according to me, nothing is more relaxing than having an organised and systematic EVERYTHING :p but then that me :) hope it was handy.

Until next time :)
